“Cute band name”, you say? Trust us: there’s nothing moth-like about these guys. Expect sharp, chunky modern hard rock infused with the grungy goodness of the 90s to make you think of Halestorm, Foo Fighters, alongside the femme power of Courtney Love and Taylor Momsen.

Formed by Marisa Rodriguez & based in Reading UK, Marisa And The Moths burst onto the alt-rock scene with their supercharged stage presence and filthy, gritty sound. Since their debut in 2019 with Skin, they've already garnered a dedicated following which continues to grow at pace. 

MATM have been championed by the likes of Planet Rock, Kerrang! and the BBC Radio 2 Rock Show. The band were also featured on Kerrang ‘Fresh Blood’ as Artist of the week, have had a feature in Classic Rock Magazine 269 and featured on the cover CD. Listen to the debut album on Spotify.

Despite adversity, the band have kept the buzz alive and have continued to grow throughout the trials and tribulations of 2020-21, hosting livestream events, releasing a deluxe edition of their debut self-titled album, multiple music videos, and building hype for their 2nd album, which is nearing completion and has been predominantly funded by their devoted fan base.

The band have already completed 3 successful UK headline tours and have more tour dates and festivals lined up for an increasingly exciting 2022 and 2023.
