Mister Pollen is a Portuguese band formed in 2019 by Lino Matos ("Jaguar Band" from "Expensive Soul") on guitar, Diogo Leite (Prana, GO'EL) on drums and Rui Flash (VIVONSTAGE), after some dialogues and records exchanged. , the mutual desire to create a project of originals with their diverse musical influences was born.

Thus, they begin the creative process in search of sounds based on Rhythm and Blues roots and other more contemporary aspects. The lyrical part is inspired by real or fictional emotions, written in poetic or prosaic ways. The themes alternate between love, humanist ideals and sociopolitical criticism. This symbiosis results in the conception and recording in the studio of several songs with the collaboration of guest musicians.

In October 2021, they make themselves known to the public on digital platforms with the release of their first single “Wait a Second”. Meanwhile, the collective is in the studio working on its first EP, which it hopes to make known to listeners during 2022.
